All three new Xperias have fingerprint scanners on the back, in a first for Sony smartphones. However, the Xperia XA2, XA2 Ultra (pictured top and below), and L2, as they'll be known, may also be held for a February debut at Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, as they have been in past years. One can see Sony is still following its age-old loop design in these devices as well. Based on recent GFX Bench listings of the smartphone, the alleged XA2 is seen sporting a 21MP rear camera supporting 4K video recording.

From the renders, it's hard to make heads-or-tails of the dual front-facing selfie shooters.

Sony Xperia XA2, XA2 Ultra, and L2 Renders Leak Reveal Same Design as Previous Xperia Models

The Xperia XA2 may possibly arrive with a decent 3GB of RAM paired with 32GB of internal storage, while the Xperia XA2 Ultra will be more premium with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal or native storage.

Previous rumors have indicated that Sony Xperia XA2 Ultra (H4233) will receive a screen diagonal of six inches and an aspect ratio of 16: 9 (1080p), Snapdragon SoC 630, 4 GB of RAM and 64 flash. Both the smartphones will ship the latest Android 8.0 Oreo. The Xperia XA2 will feature a 5.2-inch display, while the elder sibling will come with a 6.0-inch screen with both sporting same Full HD resolution (1920 x 1080 pixels). It's easy to understand why the flagships remain strongly supported given their high-quality displays with almost-AMOLED color saturation levels, excellent cameras, and distinctively different design doings. There will be dual 15-megapixel selfie sensors on the Xperia XA2 Ultra, according to Evan Blass. The VentureBeat report mentions that it will retain the previous 5.2-inch HD (720x1280 pixels) display from past year, and might ship with Android Nougat. Although we are quite disappointed with the fact that Sony has decide to retain the same old design, the flagship Xperia XZ Premium 2 is expected to feature a bezel-less design.
