The Coachella Lineup Has Been Announced, and Beyoncé Is Finally Headlining

Coachella, the two-weekend Californian event that traditionally kicks off the summer's festival season, has announced the lineup for its 2018 edition. After pulling out of last year's festival because she was pregnant with twins, she will return to anchor the Indio, Calif., event along with Eminem and the Weeknd.

Electronic music artists ODESZA, Kygo, and Chromeo will appear, as well rock bands HAIM, Fleetfoxes, The War on Drugs, and Portugal.

This year's line-up also reflects the success of hip hop and R&B last year with other acts across the weekend including Tyler the Creator, Migos, SZA and Post Malone. You can get a preview of what to expect from her set in the video below.

Governors Ball also announced its lineup: It will take place June 1-3 at Randalls Island in New York City with Eminem, Jack White and Travis Scott.

The other two headliners are Eminem, performing in the wake of his comeback album Revival reaching No 1 in both the U.S. and United Kingdom, and the Weeknd, who may also have new material incoming following his successful 2016 album Starboy.
