The man who Authorities say kidnapped a 4-year-old girl from Johns Island after beating up her mother has been moved.
Ninth Circuit Solicitor Scarlett Wilson identified the suspect as 37-year-old Thomas Evans who is from the area and was captured in MS following a chase that started in Alabama.
