The 61-year-old's estranged wife, Ottavia Busia-Bourdain, is the executor of the will. Bourdain left Busia all his "personal and household effects", including cars and frequent flier miles, with instructions to "dispose of in accordance with what (she) believes to have been my wishes".
Since his divorce with Busia was never formalized, she is legally still his next of kin.
